Returns and Refunds

Please inspect the goods immediately upon receipt. Complaints regarding incomplete deliveries or defects must be made within 14 days.

If the product is eligible for return, the full purchase price will be refunded within 7 working days.

Defective Products, Shipping Damage, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, or if the product has been damaged during transport, we will collect the product from you free of charge and either send you a replacement product upon request or refund the amount within 7 working days after receipt of the returned goods using the payment method selected at the time of purchase.

Exchange / Return if You Do Not Like the Product

If you are not satisfied with a product, you may return the goods within 14 days at your own expense to the following address:

Right of Withdrawal

If you are acting as a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day:

1. on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods, provided you ordered one or more goods in a single order and they were delivered together;
2. on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods, provided you ordered several goods in a single order and they were delivered separately;
3. on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last partial shipment or last item, provided you ordered goods delivered in several partial shipments or pieces.

by means of a clear declaration (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

You may use the attached sample withdrawal form, although this is not mandatory.

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal from this contract.

We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise. In no case will you be charged fees for this reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you informed us of the withdrawal from this contract.

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.

You bear the direct costs of returning parcel-shippable goods as well as the direct costs of returning goods that cannot be shipped as parcels. The cost for non-parcel-shippable goods is estimated at a maximum of approximately EUR 50.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value results from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion or Early Expiration of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts:

1. for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for whose manufacture an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer;
2. for the supply of goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
3. for the supply of alcoholic beverages whose price was agreed at the time of contract conclusion but which can only be delivered at least 30 days after conclusion of the contract and whose current value depends on market fluctuations beyond the seller’s control;
4. for the supply of newspapers, periodicals, or magazines, except subscription contracts.

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts:

1. for the supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery;
2. for the supply of goods that, after delivery, have been inseparably mixed with other goods due to their nature;
3. for the supply of audio or video recordings or computer software in sealed packaging if the seal has been removed after delivery.
